Girls lose heart breaker to Revere

The Girls soccer team lost what could only be termed a heart breaker last night at Revere.  After scoring in the first 10 minutes of the game, the Rockets led 1-0 for the next 62 minutes.  With 8 minutes left in the game, Revere managed to convert on a corner kick to tie the game.  The Rockets had several good chances in the last 8:00 to take the lead, but none found the back of the net.  In the 15:00 overtime that ensued, the play was pretty even, but with 1:40 left, Revere converted on a corner kick, directed into the goal by way of friendly fire…it was a tough game to lose, but the Rockets represented us all in a very proud manner, before, during and after the game!  Kudos to our seniors Leah Gawne, Kaylee Christine, Natalie Rose and Kaylee Klein for the awesome job they have done for the last four years!
